  1. Saw this book on one of our local TV shows and found it worth buying. Recipes are easy and healthy. Easy enough for my teen daughter to try. Nothing like fresh home made bread right out of your own oven and very little work or worry with the process.

  2. Despite the misleading title (it is physically impossible to gat bread in five minutes unless you live down the street from a grocery), this is a great book. It begins with the basic recipe and then expands from there into many variations. As you read these new recipes you see how you can create your own, so the book inspires you to get creative. That’s what a cookbook should do.

  3. I bought this book several months ago and love it. We make a batch of bread weekly. It is easy to do and very good. I’m not the type that would normally be baking a lot, but I would highly recommend this. My kids love the bread.

  4. At age 52, I baked my first loaf of yeasted bread, following the basic recipe from Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day. This last year I have shared the bread and the book with dozens of friends. I PREordered the new book, Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a Day and started my third batch of bread this morning. These recipes are easy, healthy and most importantly, delicious. Buy it and enjoy!
